Hello Support, It started yesterday when I booted up my laptop at work to start trading and I could not get live data... I did not make any changes to anything other than purchase a month of Sierra over the weekend and everything was working fine on Monday and Tuesday... I have refreshed and reconnected a hundred times and no new data... only historical. I haven't changed anything. Can you please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem? I am currently in a combine with TopStep Trader and using their CTS T4 connection and they said the problem is not on their end. Thanks Gary |
