Ok I searched the board and didn't come up with anything concrete. I have multiple sound files attached to the Alerts under the General Settings/Alerts/General 3 tab. I have one copy of each .wav file in the SC Alert Sounds Folder and I have selected 1 Number of Times to Play This Alert for ALL the files attached to each Alert. When I use the Test Sound button in the window each sound file plays properly one time. When an alert activates from a chart when placing an order, or filling an order etc., the appropriate sound plays but it plays 3 times for every instance I've been able to create. I did change 1 of the files to play 3 times earlier before I tested this but not all of them. I then changed that file back to 1 in case it affected the entire setup but I still get 3 instances of each sound being played upon execution of that alert. I also tried enabling and disabling the "Wait for Prior Alert Sound to Finish...." check box in case. I also cleared the Alert Sound Que in General Settings. What am I missing? Thanks -- Scott |
