My program worked fine till Thursday then it stopped all of a sudden. Our team has 3 accounts with you and have I have had numerous problems that the other two members of the team have not experienced. Do you think it is fair that I be charged to straighten out the issue. If it is a mere 5 minutes or so to get it fixed and you can guarantee that it will remain completely operational I will gladly pay the $ 3 or so. But I need to be assured that this issue will be resolved. It makes no sense that I have the exact same settings as my team mates but I have constant issues. Please let me know today, rather you will accept this proposal. |
