I have been trying to remove 2 sets of custom studies by using safe mode and a dll backup file as per your instructions for isolating issues caused by custom studies. I have remove the studies from my live charts that I am currently using and they are operating fine. However, the studies keep returning to my data files in Sierra Chart, they won't go away. During my efforts I did notice a 'Force update' in the log files for the studies was trying to delete. These study files are from one of your recommended developers (I'd rather not say who on this venue) and to obtain the studies I gave him my user name so they would be available in the custom studies folder. How can I stop these studies from reappearing in my data files? I would like to make them disappear for good. thanks
