For some reason, I could not log onto my application in the last couple of days. And now when I start the application - it is giving me this error message - HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.ENQU17. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: cqgfix | 2017-08-14 11:53:07 See attached for the snapshot. This is for intraday charts. I tried just about all the options - Delete all Data Delete and Download data Edit/Download Data - intraday chart Reload Intra day charts And Yes; my connection is stable. PLEASE HELP!
