how do i set the default order confirmations for all new trade windows to "disable order confirmations" whenever i attach a new trade window to a chart it defaults with all order activity confirmations enabled. Example: "menu->confirmations->confirm new orders = enabled", "cancel all = enabled", etc. how do i default these to all be disabled for all charts? |
