One of the things you mention on your 'Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed' page under the 'Setup Instructions' section is that if you want CME Group data from SC, then you need a live futures account with one of your nominated brokers. I don't have a live account and want to register for the 'CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' option. I followed the steps in activating my SC data but when I completed my Non-Professional status I got a warning that I need an active account if I want to activate the 'CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' option. This is confusing as I did not opt for the Full CME Group option. So can I activate this option or not? I already paid the $5 2 week trial. Do you need additional information to give a accurate answer? |
