Have read the boards... lost. Looking to add "S&P 500 Futures to Cash Premium" along with "cash indexes" CME cause it's not included best I can tell. Have a account with Amp futures using CQG fix trading Sierra chart level 3 that they pay. What exactly do I need to add? Do I need to subscribe to the CME Group and S&P Indices exchanges with new account? or pay extra $3.25 $ $5.25 $15.75 if anything at all. Tks!
