We have had 2 refund requests for the ICE exchange fee. This cannot be done for the following reasons: -The ICE does not make a refund for this fee. -Barchart will not make a refund for this fee. -Therefore, it is not possible for us to give a refund. -You should not be requesting a refund because the Russell 2000 is still trading on the ICE and has more liquidity there. -You agreed and understood, that exchange fees are not refundable.
