We noticed that for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when using SC Data- All Services, that the internal data feed multiplier for the RTY symbol was not set correctly. It should have been .01. This is causing the values to be 100 times higher than they should be. This is now corrected. Follow the instructions here to Update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings After that is done go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
