I have just worked with Sierra chart technical support. Sending request as gdxj-stk-smart/arca does download chart but then sees request Message from IB and does not send further data: HD Request # 60 \| Requesting 5701 Seconds of data at 30 secs with ending Date-Time at 2017-07-07 11:14:40 for GDXJ \| 2017-07-07 10:04:40 HD Request # 60 \| Message from IB: The contract description specified for GDXJ is ambiguous..
