Hi, When trying to update from v1545 to v1568, I get this in the log: Error moving C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\DownloadedInstallationFiles\SierraChart.exe file to the folder C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied. | 2017-07-04 I already have updated the main instance to v1568 without issue. Thanks |
