Post From: pricing exchange data feed confusion

I am currently subscribed to SC package 5 and have a broker data feed paid with a monthly exchange data feed. cme bundle $15 and eurex about $20 per month.

I would, however, like to you sierra chart's own realtime and historical data feed to get minute bars going back many years etc.

I am confused however to the pricing. The page which details this explains you must have a broker account. Yes I have a broker account but is it a requirement to have the exchange non professional fees paid through them already?

The pricing page here states first 100 symbols $35 however that doesn't indicate how many symbols are provided with a cme bundle and market data exchange fee chages by SC separately. In-fact it isn't even clear, sorry to be blunt, whether it is necessary to pay two lots of exchange data feeds non professionally to both the broker and the platform.

I can understand if this is a requirement to trade your accounts however can one subscribe to only SC exchange data feed for example cme bundle $35+$15 pm and only trade sim and avoid the extra broker exchange data feed, an additional $15 totalling $65 or can you simply still trade through the broker only paying SC the exchange data fees plus the standard $35 charge.

I hope this is clear. To confuse it even further and to provide some basis for my argument as to the confusion here. How would the $5 two week trial of the SC real time feed actually work without subscribing to SC exchange data feed....the trial suggests you don't have to and know-where does it say , yes you will infact pay for two exchange fees one by the broker and one by the platform.

to summarise:
please can support shed some light on this. I would like a eurex and cme bundle package with SC real time feed. How many symbols is that, how much will it cost me? Is it a $35 or $55 base plus $15 cme SC exchange fees or do I not have to pay this because I am already paying it through the broker? thankyou for reading
