I have the same issue. I select the EOE-201309-FTA from the list coming from Interactive Brokers, but the chart stays empty. When I select the contract from the previous month EOE-201308-FTA it does give me the option `Symbol expited. Click to Perform Rollover`.

I curious if you found the solution Jaban.
