Hello, I've just started my new Rithmic datafeed with Optimus for first time. Data has been loaded, but they are not updating real-time. I tried these symbols ESU3-CME, NQU3-CME, 6EU3-CME, none of them is updating. There is nothing in message log. I have the newest version 1020 And I have got second account with Sierra, purchased seperately, where I have OEC datafeed, these data are updating normally. It's running on version 1016. Can you please help me with that? |
