Yes the CME waiver will be available for anyone with a futures trading account. However, the data feed will only be provided when you are connected to your Live Interactive Brokers account. Since we use a technical method to verify you have a trading account. If you connect to your paper trading account the standard Interactive Brokers data feed will be used. Although, if you for some reason you cannot connect to any of your Interactive Brokers accounts you will still be able to access 10 minute delayed historical data.
