Ok I have a new problem now. I was able to load the hourly chart data for SVXY but it would only load until 2017 04-07 when in the "From" field in the Chart Settings, I specified I want to load all the intraday data all the way from 2011-04-02. Attached please see the screenshot image that shows the date range that I specified for the intraday chart. I was able to see all the data back to 2011 in TWS and I want to see the same thing in Sierra Charts but Sierra Charts is only able to load the data from 2017-04-05. And if I choose "Historical Chart" in the Chart Settings, it only displays price data from 2016-06-02. Please advise how can I see all the intraday data for this symbol from 2011. Thank you.
