I have SC tied up with IB and their data feed. When I open 5M chart (for USD.PLN-CASH-IDEALPRO symbol) I'm unable to load (refresh) data prior 18-01-2017, even when I increase Use Number of Days to Load. Is it an IB refresh issue, and how could I overcome it - load data also prior 18th Jan, thanks.
