On March 16 I paid for Sierra chart real time data. I have been trying ever since to connect.

I have an account with Interactive Brokers. I activate TWS. I use port 443. I get SC historical data, but not real time data.

I trade only Russell 2000 ($IUX). Could it be that I must also pay an exchange fee?

I would appreciate any assistance that you provide.
