Usage time will only renew if you have a sufficient Services Balance for said renewal. So you can just top up your Services Balance when you want to renew your Usage Time. Or you can just disable the Renewal under "Choose Usage Time Service Package" here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#1 Sierra Chart Support |
