Hi, I am not able to get real time data feed. Though there are sufficient fund in account, I was prompt with the following: The following market data account was not automatically extended due to Insufficient Balance: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Real-time data connection 1 Can you help to see what is wrong and what need to be done.
