OK I changed seeting to New York and now that fixed everything... But it doesn't explain anything to me about what was wrong before because my time was correct then it changed to incorrect and now everything is fine... I guess it doesn't matter but being new to Sierra it doesn't make sense and all of this was very confusing and I don't know how I am supposed to know all of this stuff on my own.
