With SC is it possible to set up multiple copies of SC and "One Click" into multiple IB accounts, thereby bypassing the IB Advisor system, which seems more susceptible to problems? No. While you can certainly use multiple copies of Sierra Chart and each copy of Sierra Chart can handle multiple trading accounts per a trading service login, there is no way to do a one click trade into multiple accounts unless that is handled by the backend trading service.
