You just have to use the backup Chartbook file which was last saved from the version before the update. Refer to: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File You do not need to rebuild anything. Yes I understand what you are trying to say....that's the procedure I followed when I replaced the corrupted chartbook with the backup chartbook...However -- the control panel references, meaning the buttons referring to CBs I wanted them to open all disappeared, and the specs I had programmed various drawing tools all disappeared (color,line type settings, stuff like that), and still had to be redone by hand. And even replacing the corrupted cfg with the backup cfg files didnt bring them back. Whatever. Not important any more. Everything's back to normal. Just thought you'd want to know. Thanks for helping.
