takes a long time (several minutes) and get a non-responsive message while opening and closing and saving sierra charts in recent versions. i went through and closed chartbooks and reduced days loaded but to almost no avail. also tried reinstalling earlier versions but many of my settings and and charts and studies would disappear. what's up?
