Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Running Multiple TWS Instances Keep in mind that you can only receive market depth for up to 3 symbols from Interactive Brokers at a time.
Would this require me to open another individual IB account. I would like take 6-9 trades all within a 5-15 minute timeframe. This would require me to buy option symbols of the same strike. I'm currently in the midst of opening an additional 2 linked accounts and in turn run 3 instances of SC along with said accounts. This should solve my ability to take 3 trades of the same symbol. Would it not be wise to open a total of 9 linked accounts along with 9 SC instances to trade 9 individual times? Any ideas? |
