Hello, I,unfortunately , have to cancel my account. I have found out that BarCharts, the Data provider, does not interface with IAB, and hence I cannot receive non-professional status. Unless you can tell me if there is another data provider that I could use. I do not want to use IAB,my broker, as per your boards, and other people I have talked to, their data is spotty. Or worse. Is it possible to get a pro rated refund. I have been on less then a week at this point. I was trying to switch over to your package from Esignal. It looks like I will have to wait and open an account with Infinity, which I am not sure I want to do. Thank you Daniel Fitzpatrick
