Please give us the name and telephone number of your broker. They obviously are not aware of what is going on.

This may not be relevant but what exactly do you mean by "I know that when I first used Sierra charts it showed my account and I think that it is the problem." Showed what account in what way? The only Zen Fire account related information is entered and displayed in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings. This is only the username and password.

Please do not uninstall and reinstall Sierra Chart. That is not going to help in the least. We know what we're talking about here.
