I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" checked in Data/Trade Service Settings. When trying to update intraday charts today, I received download failed error message. Sierrachart is not connected to IB, and I didn't have to be connected to IB to be able to update intraday charts. Are there issues with the Sierra Chart data feeds that's causing this problem?
