There is no issue with any of this when using LMAX. sc.GetTradePosition still returns the correct position based on the information here: LMAX Trading Service: How Current Trade Positions Are Determined Also, order modifications and cancellations do not use s_SCTradeOrder. sc.ModifyOrder uses s_SCNewOrder.
