A partial log of my repairs: 9. repair of .NET framework 10. install new SC instance, starts OK. (study collection files OK in 'Analysis') 11. re copy the sierra3.cfg file to current instance of Sierra (purpose to have toolbar, charts settings reset) 12. restart SC, 13. after the exit of SC, clicking on SierraChart.exe, or the shortcut gets the same error: "not a valid win32 application." There may be some hack or virus in the PC? Am considering an install of SC to linux, or a virtual machine of windows inside of a linux partition. Any ideas are appreciated. Thx.
