HI, I activated a trial for CME and BATs data, and there seems to be a problem loading BATs data. When i'm trying to get a daily chart, it says download failed and only shows today's bar. The intraday 15 second chart doesn't seem right either. I tried with CME data (/NQ), and both daily and intraday chart load fine. I made sure I followed the setup instruction, and I'm connecting to SC data- all serives[data]. Attached is a screenshot of my message log and the two charts. Please let me know how can I fix this so BATS data are loading correctly. Thanks!
