I was able to load current software version per your instructions. Unfortunately it didn't solve problem. You mentioned that it appeared to be a "communication problem" with my computer, so I disabled avast antivirus while loading charts. Now it works. Must have been an update with avast that caused issue. Weird behavior because forex charts and some continuous futures charts would load fine, while others would get hung-up. Will just disable avast for now when loading future charts. Thanks for your help, have a great weekend!
