The data provider is CQG (which has Server managed OCO and Bracket orders.)
This is not correct. You are using Rithmic.

1. Yes.


2. There are really three sets of OCO orders here. The top level OCO is not server-side because they both have Attached Orders.

The child OCO orders will become server side once one of the parent orders fills.

3. Yes.

4. You are already using Rithmic.
