once more I need to come back to this topic. I know you said whats to say but still.
I was recently talking a couple of times to a great trader who studied many NYSE TICKs (also yours). He said yours is OK, but the best one in his opinion is of Trade Station.

So yesterday on the open we had a break out. And the only reason I was not taking it was your TICK showing only 300. I talked to him after the close and he said - well my TICK was 600. I copy a screenshot. And you know, I am really really happy with SC but now I think of getting TS (in addition) just because of that TICK. And I think this should not be the case and I would acutally hate it not having the TICK integrated.

Also if you dont want to again - but is there a chance you have a look at the Trade Station Tick. I have the feeling that in the first couple of minutes your TICK never is above 300. Can this be that it is because not all Stocks trade in the beginning and then you deduct those from the ones trading on an the ask? and therefore the TICK is lower?

I know that the TICK is not weighted (and actually thats the good thing about it giving more info).

So - I understand you are sort of "nerved" of this topic, but thats really important. I think to many people, not only me. And the think is in the case of eg. yesterday. The 600 TICk of TS made much more senese. Also in hindsight. Because we are at all time highs we were breaking out of the overnight highs and that is not good prices anymore and you need to have good momentum to break that. and 300 is not good momentum.
