If what you say is actually true it does not make sense but we have no way to validate this. You can check if there are any working orders in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders for the Symbol and Trade Account. Our belief is that your conclusion is incorrect for reasons which we do not know. And it is not within the scope of our support to debug this.
