Is there some additional documentation besides this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html - that explains how to interpret pulling/stacking? In other words, where the positive and negative numbers come from, how to interpret them and how to apply them? I realize the questions might be basic, but I'm fairly new to the concetp.
