Seems like it is called a Limit If Touched (LIT) order. They are available from TradeStation and Trader WorkStation http://help.tradestation.com/08_08/tradestationhelp/ob_definitions/placing_if_touched_orders.htm https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=592 It would be nice if you could incorporate them officially.
