Yes, I am using the SC Exchange Data Feed - for a year or so without any problem. In fact I am located in Germany as well - there seems to be a correlation. I had the feeling the problem started with the Mini-Dax FDMXH7 future (Eurex), however another chartbook is reloading all the time as well (Crude Oil, CLH7).
