I have SC data feed and CME group exchange. My broker is IB. Sometimes my CL crude oil candle stick charts will NOT match my friends charts, and my Cumulative delta- volume bars will be flat. I have deleted and reloaded the data many times but it does not always fix the problem. Also, my market depth on CL is only the first bid and ask? While the /es work perfect. What is going on?
