Hello SC Support,

Last week I had some problems with the Trade Activity Log (it was showing an inexistent open position) and I cleared it through Edit / Clear.

Since then it is not showing any trade activity whether with IB both live / paper accounts or with SC SIM account.

After that I upgraded SC and TWS for the latest versions but the problem remains the same.

I cleared it again after upgrading the software but no changes.

The Orders and Positions window is working normally.

TWS trade log window is working normally too.

I checked SC Message Log and it is periodically (hourly, if there are no new trades) showing this message:


IB Trading service: Stopping automatic Trade Position updates for account: U****** | 2013-08-12 21:02:47
Message from IB: API client has been unsubscribed from account data.. IB Error Code: 2100. Request ID: -1. | 2013-08-12 21:02:48


However it seems to me that the problem is not coming from TWS or IB API because as mentioned above I am experiencing the same problem with SC SIM Account.

Can you please help me with this problem?
