If you want to move an Attached Order with a spreadsheet formula, you can use the Trade Management by Study study referencing a subgraph (Formula Column) that contain a formula that returns a price. If you want to exit from an Attached Order via a spreadsheet formula referencing volume, use cells L3 and N3 (of the Spreadsheet System for Trading study), and set 'Cancel All Working Orders On Exit' to Yes.
