OK we see what the problem is now. The IQ Feed historical data does contain data errors with the bid and ask data. They are apparently not aware of that. Follow the instructions here to disable Error Filtering: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ErrorFilter.html#DisablingErrorFiltering Once that is done re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
