We recommend additional SSDs and using a separate SSD for each instance of Sierra Chart. We have set the 'Priority' of each instance of Sierra Chart to 'Real-Time'. No do not do this! Most likely this is the cause of the problem. We would never do this ourselves. This is very dangerous to do. Only individual threads should be set to real-time, if they do a minimal amount of work and have a critical need to be high priority.
