So we are clear about this, you are saying that at a particular Date-Time in the chart where you should see an order fill, you do not and then when you scroll the chart around, they then appear at that particular Date-Time. We are not clear as to the exact problem. As we understand this, it does not make technical sense. If there is an issue with connecting lines that is a whole different issue and what you describe could be. The only way we can test this is for us to get your Chartbook file, and your Trade Activity Log and we need to know what chart you are looking at.
