SC support: I know posting "Thank you" messages will increase your workload, but there are times, users just can't stop themselves from posting Thank you. I thought, if you got a chance, maybe adding a +1 button or "Thank you" button in your support forum will be helpful. I saw this feature works quite well in other forum. Just a suggestion. |
