Hi Sir, I received a message today that mentioned "Your Services Balance of 0.50 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 16 USD.". Since my monthly discount rate is $17 for package-3, I renewed my usage on September 20 with prepaid $17. My expired date should be October 23. Please help to check if I need to pay more for the usage? Thank you Benjamin |
