This problem is not reproducible, and we see no reason why it would be the case. The cursor is not being changed by Sierra Chart for a Trading DOM in the configuration that you are using. We would have to believe it is an operating system level problem in your case. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I am away this week but will test on my laptop (different computer) which is a windows 10 as well. I don’t believe this is an OS issue and I’ve been using Sierrachart for 10+ years, I’ve made no recent changes to the OS and this only started happening with the recent “feature update” that you guys introduced recently. Also, please give it more than 5 minutes for the issue to appear as I noticed the time between your last 2 posts for a very short duration. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-03-23 18:42:13

It very well could be an OS issue because, the windows are now created directly with the operating system instead of a development framework from Microsoft. And we have seen numerous behaviors differences related to that. Also if this is a problem on the Sierra Chart side, it will not take time to reproduce. There would be a specific pattern to reproduce it. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
