recently changed from rhythmic to denali and now my trading acct doesn't show in the trading platform. i'm sure i missed something in the conversion, but not sure what. i've ckd data settings and it show's sc data but no listings in dts config

Rithmic is an order routing and data service. Denali is just a data service. So if you changed where you are getting your data from, then this will have no impact on the trading accounts you have available.

You mention "SC Data", which is the name of a selectable service. Selecting this means you are connected to Sierra Chart in order to get data and you are NOT connected to any trading services. Therefore, there would not be any trading accounts to show.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you still using Rithmic for order routing? Are you using a different service, if so which one?
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

sorry, i wasn't clear. recently i expressed concerns to my broker over the rhythmic 'data' feed. (reliability and such). broker recommended and we agreed to discontinue the data from rhythmic and go strictly with the denali for data. the trading portion would stay with rhythmic and the broker. so where i am now is i have reset the data trade service setting in accordance with the instructions found on the SC website; listing rhythmic in the server list with acct number and passwd, but leaving blank the market and historical data fields and 'yes' to allow support for SC data.
But still get the error 'server permission denied' from rhythmic direct server. and the trade platform shows 'unset' in the acct drop box. seems like a rhythmic problem, but i'm not sure if perhaps its just a setting i've missed. i've contacted them as well.
