Hello once i try to open an order i get this message "Requesting trade account from server". Does it depend on Sierra Chart? Thanks

Once I try to send an order to the market I get a message from the Trade service log. Here I have attached a screenshot of the message.Thanks

That message is not when you submit an order, but when Sierra Chart connects to the trading server (File >> Connect to Data Feed).
